Weightlifting Seminar

Are you interested in improving your snatch and clean & jerk? Whether you’re new to the lifts or are an experienced lifter who wants to chase a new PR, this seminar will help you achieve your goals.

Coaches J.J. and Danielle will both be on hand to deliver their weightlifting expertise for this seminar.

The “camp” style setting allows us plenty of time to work on the all the things needed to improve your lifting in one day!

We will be capping this seminar at 10 people to ensure ample coaching time to each participant.

In the seminar we include:
  • Whiteboard sessions for better understanding of the lifts
  • Work on lift specific mobility and stretches
  • Drills with pipe/bar to refine technique
  • Lift session at the end to test improvements
  • Two coaches for even more coaching value
  • Emailed personalized mobility and skill work after the seminar
